Field parking ops - Sri Lanka
Run the parking lot from a phone.
CeylonLot is the field app for Sri Lankan parking officers. Check vehicles in and out in seconds, auto-calculate the fee in LKR, and see the shift total in real time. No paper tickets. No mental math.
For parking operators. There's no public sign-up - we set up your account and issue each officer an ID and password.

How a shift runs
Four taps from kerb to cash.
The whole flow is built around one person doing one job, fast - a parking officer working a lot or a street zone with a phone in one hand.

Officer ID and a password - no usernames, no email. You're on shift in seconds, even in bright sun.
Officer 329940 - 02
Check a vehicle in
Tap the plate, pick the vehicle type and zone. CeylonLot stamps the entry, starts the meter and shows a QR ticket the driver keeps.
WP CAE-7321 · Car · Zone C - 03
Check it out
Scan the ticket or tap the session. The fee is computed from time parked - take cash or card, or SMS the driver a PayHere link and watch it flip to Paid.
1h 40m → LKR 300 - 04
The shift totals itself
Revenue, vehicles, average stay and occupancy update live - and at closing time the officer counts the cash and the owner signs it off.

In the field
Everything an officer needs on a shift - nothing they don't.
Check in under 10 seconds
Scan the plate or type it, pick the type and zone. The entry is timestamped and the meter starts.
Paper-free QR tickets
Every check-in shows a QR the driver keeps. At check-out, one scan pulls up the exact session - no retyping plates.
Automatic LKR fees
Free first minutes, first-hour rates, daily caps - your pricing, computed the same every time.
Pay by SMS link
Text the driver a secure PayHere link for the exact fee. The app shows Paid before the car leaves the gate.
Monthly passes at the gate
Officers sell and renew passes on the spot, at the price you set - every rupee recorded against the officer who took it.
Live sessions & overstay alerts
Every vehicle parked right now - and anything parked too long is flagged, with a notification when it crosses your limit.
Works without signal
Check-ins queue on the phone in a basement or a dead zone, then sync themselves - with the real entry time - when coverage returns.
Shift close-out
At closing, the officer counts the drawer and declares it. You compare it with what the system expected and sign off.
Shift dashboard
Revenue, transactions, average stay and occupancy in one glance - with every checkout searchable in the full history.
The rate card
Your rates, kept in the open.
Each lot sets its own rates - per hour, minimum, capacity. Whatever you publish shows the same on the officer's phone and on the receipt. No surprise fees at the gate. Grace minutes, a first-hour rate, a daily cap - your policy, applied identically at every checkout.
- Legible in tropical sun
- High-contrast type and large numerals, tuned to be read outdoors at a glance.
- One thumb, on the move
- Big touch targets and a short flow for officers working standing up, one-handed.
- Made for here
- LKR, Colombo time, Sri Lankan plates and zones - not a global template bent to fit.

Get started
CeylonLot is set up for your team - by us.
It's a tool for parking operators, not a public app. Tell us about your lot and we'll provision your account, zones and rates, then hand your officers their IDs and passwords. Your first week is a free test period - billing starts only once it ends.
- 01
Tell us about your lot
Share your lots, capacity, zones and the rates you charge. A few details are enough to get going.
- 02
We set you up
We create your operator account and configure your zones and fee schedule - then issue every officer an ID and password.
- 03
Your officers go on shift
They install CeylonLot from Google Play and sign in with the credentials we issue. No public sign-up, no setup on their end.
The officer app ships on Google Play, but access is provisioned by us - your team signs in with credentials we issue, not a public account.
